Almost immediately following the fake “invasion” of the Capitol building on Jan. 6, Facebook seized the opportunity to silence President Donald Trump for the remaining days of his first presidential term.
CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced that both Facebook and Instagram would be “extending” their ban on Trump’s accounts “indefinitely,” or until a “peaceful transition of power has taken place.”
“We believe the risks of allowing the President to continue to use our service during this period are simply too great,” Zuckerberg and his colleagues wrote.
“Therefore, we are extending the block we have placed on his Facebook and Instagram accounts indefinitely and for at least the next two weeks until the peaceful transition of power is complete.”
Twitter did the same thing, though its ban on the president only lasted 12 hours. Shopify, meanwhile, followed suit with Facebook by banning not only Trump but also his campaign and the Trump Organization.
Shopify had been providing e-commerce services to the Trump campaign and the Trump Organization, but has since pulled the two entities “in response to the riots,” which the company blamed directly on Trump.
According to a Shopify spokeswoman, Trump violated the company’s “acceptable-use policies,” and thus had to be removed.
“Shopify does not tolerate actions that incite violence,” the company further stated, blaming Trump for the false flag “invasion” of the Capitol that occurred on Jan. 6.
“Based on recent events, we have determined that the actions by President Donald J. Trump violate our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits promotion or support of organizations, platforms or people that threaten or condone violence to further a cause … As a result, we have terminated stores affiliated with President Trump.”
These “policies” are never uniformly applied to all users, and are instead cherry-picked to silence conservatives and really anything that triggers far-leftists and makes them upset.
In this case, a rag-tag bunch of questionable people were welcomed into the Capitol building by police, and given free rein to ransack the place while the cameras rolled. These individuals were later dubbed by the media as “Trump supporters,” and this was enough to systematically ban Trump, his campaign, and his organizations from the internet.
If this is not a manifestation of communist China’s wildest dreams come true, then we do not know what is. This is exactly the type of abusive and tyrannical behavior that takes place under communist dictatorships, except in America it is being welcomed by the left as an “appropriate” response to a media fabrication that was blamed on “Trump supporters.”
“This will make matters even worse,” wrote one Zero Hedge commenter, pointing out the utter hypocrisy of fake “president-elect” Joe Biden and his supporters calling for “unity” and “healing.”
“They don’t want any unity. They want you humiliated and enslaved. They will turn against you after the 20th.”
“You can see it coming: The persecution of anyone and everyone regarding Trump,” wrote another.
