America is less than a year out from its next likely sham of a presidential election, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is morphing into an anti-Trump SS-type paramilitary force to go after President Donald Trump’s supporters.
A recent report by Newsweek highlights increasing chatter at the FBI and other federal spook agencies about how Trump supporters are likely to become more dangerous as the 2024 election approaches. The solution, according to the FBI, is to track down, spy on and persecute Trump’s supporters to deter them from voting.
According to Newsweek, “the federal government believes that the threat of violence and major civil disturbance around the 2024 U.S. presidential election is so great that it has quietly created a new category of extremists that it seeks to track and counter: Donald Trump’s army of MAGA followers.”
The left-leaning media outlet’s use of the word “army” is noteworthy because it aims to legitimize the militarization of Washington, D.C., against American citizens who plan to vote for Trump and try to get him reinstalled into the White House from 2025-2029.
“The government, in cooperation with its corporate partners at Newsweek, are trying to paint a picture of an organized military force ready to go to war with Trump as its leader,” explains Leo Hohmann on his Substack.

Instead of focusing their efforts on, oh, I don’t know, America’s wide-open southern border, the FBI is choosing to go after one-third to one-half, roughly, of American voters who plan to cast their ballot for Trump in 2024.
As many have been warning for years, the FBI is basically recategorizing Trump supporters as domestic terrorists in order to legitimize going after them as if they were Hamas militants roaming the streets of America unhinged. The claim is that Trump supporters are “anti-government” because of the January 6 “insurrection.”
In order to prevent any kind of repeat of the January 6 “attack on the Capitol,” as the FBI is calling it, Trump supporters must be tracked, monitored and investigated, the agency insists. At the same time, the FBI is engaging in doublespeak as it still claims to be preserving Trump supporters’ constitutional rights to free speech and the right to protest.
Nobody with at least two working brain cells still believes that the FBI respects the Constitution in any way, shape, or form, especially with regard to its political opponents, so for Newsweek to publish such things siding with the FBI’s position is laughable.
“This is the same agency that threatened to investigate parents attending school board meetings and traditional Catholics who attend Latin masses,” Hohmann notes. “This is the same FBI that breaks down the doors of unarmed senior citizens like Roger Stone … and arrests elderly women praying in front of abortion clinics.”
Ironically, the FBI’s waging of civil war on Trump supporters will likely incite the kind of violence that the agency claims it is trying to prevent.
“Especially at a time when the White House is facing Congressional Republican opposition claiming that the Biden administration has ‘weaponized’ the Bureau against the right wing, it has to tread very carefully,” an FBI official is quoted as saying.
If there is any federal agency that desperately needs disbanding, among many others, it is the FBI. One wonders why Americans who brand themselves as patriots are still putting up with this kind of thing?
