Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) just admitted that the Democrat plan should Donald Trump win a second term in the White House this fall is to basically remove him via the U.S. Constitution.
The contingency plan involves the invocation of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, also known as the “Insurrection Clause,” which disqualifies former government officials from holding office if they engaged in an “insurrection” after taking an oath to support the Constitution.
The Democrats claim that Trump sparked the events of Jan. 6, 2021, which resulted in hordes of people flooding the U.S. Capitol and wreaking havoc. Those hordes were deemed to have committed “insurrection” by the left – and since Trump is said to have led them in doing what they did, he, too, is a target for elimination.
Rep. Raskin says that invoking Sec. 3 of the 14th Amendment on Jan. 6, 2025, to prevent Trump from taking office “could lead to civil war,” which is why he wants Democratic members of Congress to be given bodyguards.
Representative Raskin reveals that Democrats have a contingency plan in the event of a Trump victory in November – they will invoke Sec. 3 of the 14th Amendment to prevent Trump from taking office. He predicts it will result in a civil war.

In Rep. Raskin’s view, Trump tried to destroy “democracy” by allegedly provoking his followers to rage into the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. As such, he believes that Democrats have a right to stop Trump from occupying the White House a second time.
In the following video, Rep. Raskin outlined his plans in a different setting to use force in fighting the “Trump mobs” that are sure to emerge after Democrats invoke Sec. 3 of the 14th Amendment:
Clip of Raskin threatening to use force to fight “Trump mobs” on Jan 6, 2025 to remove Trump under insurrection clause is ? real.
Here is another clip from same event where Raskin denounced SCOTUS for pending CO insurrection decision and blames court for likely civil war.

In order for Rep. Raskin’s plan to work, two-thirds of both the House and the Senate must support it. Are there enough members of Congress willing to go along with the plan?
“In the House: currently 212 democrats, 220 republicans,” noted an X account about how things currently stand. “A two-thirds majority is 290 votes, meaning if 78 republicans join democrats … Are there 78 RINOS in the House?”
“In the Senate: currently 47 democrats, 49 republicans … (4) minority … 2/3 majority is 66.6 votes … How many RINOS are in the Senate? The real question is will the RINOS allow Trump back into the WH or will they push civil war?”
It appears as though Rep. Raskin’s plan has been in the works since at least 2018. The so-called “shadow” government had its puppets revealing somewhat more quietly at the time that Trump will not be allowed to win the 2024 election – and if he does, he will not be allowed to actually enter the White House in 2025.
THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT: In 2018 it was already decided to remove President Trump from the White House. Trump will never be allowed to win the 2024 Election. The Biden Administration is under the control of the Shadow Government. Facebook owned by U.S. Government. Covid-19 planned.… pic.twitter.com/a3KNaC7YVg
